WHEN THE SUBARU MEETS

Wooow. . . I'm feeling so restless at work . . . After 3 long day of OFF DAY and finally today I'm working . . . How sad right . . . I wish it could be longer . . .Lucky thing this whole week I'm on AM except on Saturday of course . . . But still not too bad . . .

This is a must share story . . . Over the weekends. . . Boyfy suddenly rcvd a call from he's CAR Friends for a convoy . . . a wedding convoy . . . Wah so fun . . . in the true spirit of the SUBARU CARs . . .

Although I have no idea what they were mostly talking about I made a new friend . . . one of their buddies brought he's wife along . . and indeed we are of the same kind. . . While guys are good at wasting money we girls are good at anticipating what these guys would be talking about and how they would normally react . . . and what make them so glue-d to the CAR! . . .But sometimes it really gets so boring . . . I would be interested at the first half of the conversation and then when it gets bored I'll end up changing the topic or just nodding to agree with what he's saying . . .

Duh . . .I'd rather talk about shopping , going for long holiday, planning for some special projects . . . well that's what me and Tutik were discussing about yesterday when she came over to my place for PURE SLACKING TIME! . . .So Good! Really enjoyed her company . . . Although we rarely meet up . . .When we catch up it really feels SO GOOD! and the best-EST thing of all whatever you talk in a locked room will never leak . . . BFF . . .

Anyways back to the story . . . Guess what I wore . . .Of course I have to wear my latest new outfit that I recently bought @ Dorothy Perkins . . .

How do you like my new top nice ah . . . not bad . . .

and guess what I already have something on my top priority NEXT MTH TO BUY LIST!

If you're really kind and wish to buy me a CHRISTMAS GIFT . . . the best gift would be THE TIFFANY CHARM . . . We went to TIFFANY to check the pricing . . Seems okay . . .about 300+ to 600+ . . . not so bad ah boyfy . . .

Okay . . . back to the story again . . . I managed some nice shots . . . Maybe I was born to be a photographer . . . ahahahah . . .but I was thinking maybe I should enrol myself in to those photographer course ah . . . not bad and I wish to get those big bulky camera . . .I really do . . .

So you see since my lenses are not wide enough I can't get good pictures . . .but for now this will do lah . . .

LIFE ISN'T THAT LUCKY!

POOR SERVICE



I'll explain on the heading a little later . . .



So yesterday boyfy picked me up from work . . . and we head straight to THE CATHAY for our movie . . . Haw Par's a good parking place . . . it offers FREE PARKING at night and since it's just a walking distance to THE CATHAY we made our way straight to collect our tickets . . .

I love to do my booking online cause saves a lot of hassle . . .
No.1 The QUEUE is much more SHORTER or sometimes NO QUEUE. . .
No.2 She swipe, she prints and you have your ticket in all less than 20 seconds . . .



Check time 9:35pm

Check my tummy . . . growling for FOOD . . . DAMN HUNGRY

Check counter. . . . hmmmm food looks YUMMY. . .

Check boyfy face . . . grinning at the wall board at the food counter . . . .



So we decided to order. . .

But the cashier guy told us it'll at least take within the next 1/2 hr . . .
Show starts at 9:55pm and I don't wanna miss the beginning . . .


So as I was about to say, "It's OKAY!". . .

He told me, "Don't worry we'll have it delivered to your seat and I'll just need your ticket stub. . ."


I smiled and made payment and went up at the waiting area while waiting for 9:55pm . . . .



Show was GOOD! ! ! ! I give 10 BIG STARS . . . Don't miss it . . I see a lot of couples watching this show and it's damn good and romantic. . . Not too romantic and draggy to make anyone sleep but just nice . . .Even boyfy was laughing . . . GO AND WATCH IT!


Although show was good I wasn't concentrating because the cashier made me a promise . . .To serve me my food . . . and because my TUMMY and boyfy wasn't forgiving either . . .I must say IT WASN'T A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I'm very disappointed. . .


Each time this delivery guy came into the theatre. . . he served everyone else their meal whereas me and my boyfriend only get to smell the nice aroma . . . and when your tummy is hungry anything that comes to your mind would always be DELICIOUS!

So we waited and waited and waited and guess what the show ended and still we weren't serve . . .GOSH! I'm really mad!

Once we exit from the theatre I stomped straight to the counter and told them we didn't get served. . .

and that guy just blantly said,"I'm sorry, can I just give you your refund instead!" Then run over to the counter and gave me my money . . .

DAMN! He didn't even bother to ask or at least investigate . . . That means he's insistent on getting me to SHUT MY MOUTH AND JUST LEAVE . . .

ha ha ha I'm not just about to do what you would want me to do . . . I'm NO BIG IDIOT LAH to listen to you . . .

So I said, "I'm STARVING, so call your manager out."
if you can see how 3 of them reacted you'll be laughing. . .

The sudden accuse one another . . . "Eh I tot you suppose to send rite . . eh wasn't it you who took the order"

The sudden grabbing whatever you see and trying not to see me eye to eye . . . and all those nonsense . . .

So when manager came I explained it to him and as usual you get freebies to compensate my disappointment . . .But before i leave I asked him a tricky question.

"So do you think with this complimentary passes when I come back again, will I be serve with poor service ? "

He can't give me a straight answer but he tried to say we will try our best . . .

Just the answer I expected otherwise if he really said YES! I'll make him swear to and eat he's words and I make sure every visit, I get VIP treatment from him if anything goes wrong . . . So that's my encounter with poor service . . .

A Romantic Get-Away and Truely LUCKY

Okay lah get real . . . This will be the first time boyfy agreed to watch a WALT DISNEY MOVIE. . .ENCHANTED. . . and I'm lucky today . . .Yes that's how I feel. . .

Then another thing made me feel more lucky . . . .

So during lunch . . . As planned like what I always do splurge all my pay on things I think I should be rewarding myself after my hardwork at work right . . . everyone will agree on that . . . So anyway . . Let's go to the mathematical part of it . . . Okay everyone know I LIKE MATHS especially when we're talking about money. . . If you don't know that . . it only means that you didn't go to school with me . . . Cause if you did . . . You'll know how I normally would ACE only in this subject and the no. of times I was nominated as a class treasurer. . . I like the smell of money . . . it's not my fault . . .

Okay so since I lost my TOPSHOP cum TOPMAN cum DOROTHY PERKINS card . . . I had to replace it which means an extra $10 . . .

Then I did my maths. . . I bought this super nice boot cut jeans which will ultimately become straight cut . . . and also a nice pink silky shirt @ $59 each . . so total = $118. . . I was contemplating whether I should fork out another $10 for the replacement and I decided okay lah . . . I might be buying more each month so I paid an extra $10.

So all in all I paid ($118 - 10%) + 10 = $116.20

Which means I still save if I didn't pay for the replacement card I'll be paying $118 right so still save $1.80. GOOD DEAL . . .

Then then then not finished yet . . . The lady told me that since I spent $100 I get to play in their lucky draw which is totally instant lah . . . Wah SO HAPPY! So just send a short sms to the no. to participate and guess what instantly I rcvd an sms I won $30 . . . Wah cool or what . .. total savings right . . . yes total savings of $31.80. . .

I've never felt LUCKIER!

TONIGHT! I just can't wait . . .

That's because I have more pictures to share lah duh . . .

Last weekend after the wedding actually my parents and me went to visit Cik Ati . . .

Apparently her family is migrating to England . . . Cool or what huh . . . Both her daughters are already in England working and they're joining them there . . . Wah so FUN! . . .

So after boyfy finished with abg mal's wedding stuff he picked me up and we went over to Cik Ati place . . . Wah lau her flat damn chio sia . . . Too good to be true . . . the flat price damn expensive lah . . . Have u heard of an ordinary HDB flat costing more than SGD600,000.oo . . . I was shocked lah . . . She purchased the apartment at SGD300,000.oo and selling at twice the price . . . and she's the only Melayu staying at the point block . . . Damn rich right . . . If I have the money I would have bought it lah . . . The view is magnificent . . . cause she's staying at a high floor. . . If you're afraid of heights . . .don't even look out the window. . . You can see so many places I think paying to get into her house is better than getting on that ferris wheel at marina. . . (okay just kidding)

Yes this is Cik Ati and My Mummy . . . They look alike ah . . . but this auntie not from mom's side it's from dad's side lah . . . Like cannot believe right this is the balcony but it is lor . . . Boyfy asked Uncle how much he spent with all the reno. he only spent $30,000.oo only sia . . . that's not too bad right . . .

MY LAST WEEKEND

Okay here I go again after being MIA for a few weeks. . .

I'm so excited to blog again bcos I have lots of stories to yak about and picture to share . . .

Firstly our "mari berdansa" kaki just got married . . . Let's bring in the pictures . . .
Actually this is my very first time being so close to the pengantins you know . . . well although I've been close lah in the past which was 10-12 years back when my first bro got married. . . I could barely remember anything . . . But I can still remember me sitting on my brother during the akad nikah(marriage vows) . . . That's it . . .

But last weekend was more upfront, upclose and got picture to prove some more . . . Well at least when I grow old and grey if I forgot those pictures will help me lah . . .



Ah this is upclose and upfront and up up up lah . . . Sitting on the same table as the pengantin. . . Mana nak dapat . . . Pengantin pun sempat posing . . . Handsome lah tu konon kan . . .

Okay let's go part by part . . .. Minutes after this picture was taken . . . Pengantin pun dah kenyang. . . So we all pun sibuk sibuk lah . . . standby sebelah kereta . . . While the kumpulan kompang pak pak bing bing . . . Me and boyfy just stood by we're the "KERETA PENGAPIT". . .


Then we drove off to YISHUN . . . Once we reach the bride's place . . .we found out that we were driving way too fast . . . Bus kompang pun belum bab tertinggal. . . So waited for another 10 mins at the carpark only to be told that the bride belum siap siap . . . So kiter pun sempat lah bergambar dulu . . .



The last picture we took before the pengantin himself call he's wife to check . . .
"Honey are you ready?" Then dorang kater . . . okay okay dah siap . . .

Then we drove off and we start walking. . . you see this married man got many many friend . . .
