The Last Saturday!

Should I truly enjoy my last Saturday here with SH?

hahah. . What's there to enjoy anyway?. . .

Prolly the mocking of idiotic bastards who needs assistance but just not willing to ask for it politely. . . Damn these idiots. . .

I'm patiently counting down to 26th Sept, 10 days after my birthday and finally I'm leaving this hell hole, hopefully for something better.

A good 4 days rest at home then comes Hari Raya and the next day is my first day at my new work place. . .

I have a lot of forms still at home which have not been filled up and also I need to call this HR Guy from SPF Mr Leslie which I still have not and also medical check-up still not done. 3 things I have to do before I start my new job. . .

I'm sure I have not mentioned where I was moving too. . But definitely it's somewhere more BLUE-er or even WHITE-r wearing boots. . . No worries, I'm not the one in uniforms it's them I'm helping and finally the job I've always wanted to do. . . Technical Support but not over the phone okay. . . I've had it with phones or rather Customer Service. . . I'm supporting only internal staff, so I hope it's much better. . .

Pay is good and definitely covered my 13th month bonus, that's the reason why I left although 3 mths from now I know I'll get my 13th month bonus if I still stay with SH.

Anyways back to me right now. I've been having this weird dream every night that I own a car. Yes, ME! I honestly think it's gotta do with my new job. . . Well they don't need me to have a driving license but ever since I got this job I've been wanting to drive a car. . . Yes definitely I will. . .

Since I'm getting paid 2 mths in November just because they won't be paying me in October thus I was planning to go lump that huge sum of MONEY to my next-door neighbour BBDC and hopefully get my license. . . and finally drive my own Subaru R1. . . I know the car is really small but I think that would already put a smile on my face cos I'll be able to go anywhere I want . .. Wee.. . . Don't have to wait for THE FIANCE . . .

Okay back to work. . .

Work ?

Yes I'm happy. Yes very happy indeed . . .
I'm left with 14 more days of work. . .

Not really 14 days consecutively but 14 working days till 26th September.

But maybe because of this too I'm gonna be broke this month until the 1oth day of Hari Raya. I'm not sure.

See my work pays me on the 20th of every month for the 1st till the end of the month.
My situation is since I'm leaving on the 26th which means HR needs to do some adjustment to my pay so it will not be credited on the 20th so it would probably be credited after the 20th which would normally mean on the 10th October. . .

Arggghh. . . It's so irritating that my pay is coming in late and worst of all Hari Raya is coming. . . very very soon. . . and I'm not prepared. Not one bit.

Such a nice morning today. . .

As usual didn't wake up for Sahur, but was force to drink a cup of water.

Wonder if I got married how my hubby's gonna Sahur if I don't wake up. . . Hmmmmm. . . Whatever lah I still have 2 years more to sleep during Sahur. . . 2 years from now I'll buy myself a very good alarm clock . . . which has the most irritating alarm . . . hahahaha

Yesterday I was talking to Auntie on the phone and she was asking me what kuih am I gonna bake this year. . . Well as a start I named her one Honey Cornflakes. That's the easiest and bestest and nicest. . . Only that since I bake it once a year I forgot the recipe. . . So got this one from the webby. . .

Honey Cornflakes

Ingredients
a)1/4 cup butter
b)1/4 cup honey
c)1 teaspoon sugar
d)4 cups cornflakes
e)1/2 cup crushed nuts of my choice,(prolly Almond)

Instructions
It's easy, you just need to mix a,b and c. Mix well then you add d and e.
then you put them in those cute cups and put in the oven say 10 minutes. it's done.
and will look something like this but the difference is this user used chocolate rice instead of crushed nuts.

CORNFLAKES MACAROON

Ingredients
230ml egg whites
500g icing sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla essence
100g Kelloggs cornflakes
140g (or more) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instrutions
Whisk eggs whites for a few seconds.
Add in icing sugar a little at a time.
Followed by cream of tartar and vanilla essence.
Whisk again until mixture forms a STIFF peak.
Use a spatula to fold in cornflakes and mini chocolate-chips.
Spoon mixture into papercups and bake at 170deg.C for 30 mins or until done.
Store in an airtight container.

Will definitely try this out but what's tartar. . . Is it like tartar sauce or something. . . I have no idea, did some googling and yahooing but still have me tartar sauce. . .

Anyways will be going to GIANT tonight after break-fast with Fiance and parents so hopefully I'll be able to grab whatever I need. . . I'm so happy. . . Weeeee. . . .
